TLC Winter Wonderland Blog Hop

For my creation, I was given this vintage image to play with called Dressed For Snow and fell in love with it the moment I saw it! 




Isn't it just fabulous?! I remember wanting one of those muffs soooo bad as a little girl...ok, I still want one of those muffs... who am I kidding, lol.  And talking about fabulous - how fabulous is Paulette for allowing me to give this image to you today?! 

The blue vintage paper behind the image is a TLC digi paper that Paulette offered on her blog quite awhile back as a freebie.  And those are not the only bits of TLC on my card today - the beautiful vintage Christmas sentiment was one of the goodies in the TLC Christmas Club!

    Great card, Sara! I love the colors you used with all of Paulette's things. I always thought those big muffs were so cool, too, but now I much prefer my mittens! Thanks for sharing and thanks to Paulette for the great image!

    So first I'd like to say thank you for the digi. She's super cute.
    Then I would like to say how awesome is your card? Awesome. Admittedly I tend to shy away from vintage digis with such dark backgrounds, but you made this come to life. She looks like she is enjoying a snowing night singing Christmas carols, thanks for sharing :)

    This is a really cute card Sara. I didn't have a muff as a child, but I did have a white furry hood similar to the one this little girl is wearing! I love the way you've made the snow glitter - just like a cold snowy night! Thanks for sharing :o) Helen x

    Oh wow Sara...this card is totally fabulous!!! I am just blown away....your choices of papers is wonderful, but it's the way you colored this adorable image that really makes it stand out. I don't even know where to start...the wonderful coloring that you did on this image or all of that glorious glitter that you added...is it stickles or glitter. Looks incredible no matter what it is.
